A Legend; A Fighter

“Human exist in the world with in born characteristics and talents making oneself different to another”. In edges of a fare square shaped boxing ring, a well known legend raise and used his blazing left hand to ignite a particular emotion to people.

     The "Pacman", Manny Pacquiao, born in Philippines in 1978 entered professional boxing at only age of 16, fought on his first world championship bout at 20. The young legend at first is not aware of his ability and power he can bring inside the boxing ring, fighting only to survive at the midst of poverty. In his first boxing fight he was an underweight and under aged fighter stood at four feet eleven inches weighing 98 pounds, seven pounds under the minimum weight division. He once admitted before on american media that he puts weights on his pocket to make the hundred and five pound weigh limit.The boxing legend came form a humble beginning and once lived in a single roomed shack in landscape of coconut grooves with his family. Pacman's father Rosalio have to gather coconuts by clambering up as many as seventy trees to be able to feed his family. Pacquiao family back then is underprivileged, that they could rarely afford to eat rice.

    The story of legend boxer and hall of fame coach began when Pacquiao should have a trainer who can elevate his skills at heavier weight division. Showcasing speed and aggressiveness to knock his opponents out is not enough for american trainers in his outset because of the reason that featherweight is less profitable for trainers compared to heavier weight division but Freddie Roach, his American trainer a hall of fame said the first time he saw young legend, he knew that there is something especial in him so he started training with Pacquiao at year the of 2001. Roach found Pacquiao in his first round training an unbeatable fighter with Pacquiao’s great left hand and not much else, then the transformation into multi-dimensional beast came.
